Server rules for Vanquished PVE Ark Survival Evolved

PVE GENERAL SERVER RULES

1.1 No trolling, this is PVE. ONE WARNING. You wanna troll, go play PVP.

1.2 Please do not destroy any admin structures. These will be clearly marked and could be for an event.

1.3 No trapping, caging or blocking players in. This will be treated the same as trolling.

1.4 Do not enter anyones base unless invited.

1.5 Stealing another tribes eggs or unclaimed dinos is still stealing. Please respect our community.

1.6 If you see rules being broken, do not attempt to deal with the situation yourself, let an admin know, it’s what we’re here for.

1.7 Do not spam/disrespect admins. We see you and will help you when we can.

1.8 Do not direct message admins with questions that can be asked in the questions tab (this does not include questions that may be of personal or sensitive nature)

1.9 Admins will not replace any items lost due to anything outside of our control.

1.10 Do not get in the way of an admin red gunning structures or vaults. If you decide to do so and this causes a loss of items or tames, that’s on you.

1.11 No toxicity in-game chat.

1.12 We do not tolerate bullying or bashing of any type or of any disability, race, religion, or culture. It is an automatic mute and possible ban.

TRIBE RULES

2.1 No tribe or characters with the name “Human, Humano, Admin, Owner, 1234567890, 123” or anything like that.

2.2 No racist or demeaning names of any kind.

2.3 All players must have a tribe name. No tribeless and only 1 tribe across the entire cluster.

2.4 Admins, at their discretion, may insist you change your name or tribe name at any time.

2.5 Keep tribe drama to yourselves. Our discord community doesn’t want to hear about your internal tribe issues.

2.6 Admins will not get involved in tribal disputes. Pick your tribemates wisely.

BUILDING RULES

3.1 No builds on player spawn points. It is your responsibility to make sure. Trapped players will be freed, without question, by an admin with structure loss.

3.2 No builds at obelisks, mission terminals, or boss areas (includes sanctuary terminals and titans spawns).

3.3 If someone elses base is within render of yours, you’re too close. Pick a new spot.

3.4 Tribes are limited to 1 base per map. You may also have one boat/platform tame.

3.5 Temporary small builds are permitted (traps, taming fob, emergency logout shelter). Please demolish immediately.

3.6 Your base must render within 1 Xbox frame. If uncertain, please ask admins. If you need larger than 1 frame, location and boundaries must be discussed with an admin.

3.7 Behemoth Gates should be used in moderation. Excessive use of gates will be removed. Repeat offenses may rsult in structure wipe. This is to reduce lag.

3.8 If you build walls to replace the gates please do not go higher than a dino gate.

3.9 Please use turrets and dino leashes instead of walls/gates. Set turrets on wild.

3.10 Turret boxes at wyvern scars and magma den are allowewd however, pick up your turret box when you are done for the day. Admins will demo left behind structures.

3.11 No claiming, selling or taxing for land.

3.12 No spamming structures to claim/takeover land or stop players from building. If you need a larger perimeter ask admins.

3.13 When building in a cave, you MUST provide access to artifacts. Public teleporter or tunnel works. Avoid blocking cave loot drops.

3.14 Do not block supply drops. If drops are inside your gates, expect players to land inside your base to get drops. This rule superceeds the ‘uninvited base entry rule’.

3.15 Any builds near Extinction element veins or OSDs must be removed immediately. Failure to do so will result in a map structure wipe.

3.16 Builds on Genesis may not block access to glitches or interfere with missions in any way.

3.17 Avoid building in huge resource spawns. Please ask admins if you are uncertain.

3.18 Surveillance cameras may only be placed AT your base. You may not place them in other locations. Cameras outside the frame of your base will be removed, along with your entire surveillance system.

TRADES

4.1 Trade scamming will not be tolerated and will result in an instant ban.

4.2 Please record all trades and communication of trades so you have the proof we need to ban a scammed.

TAME RULES

5.1 No offline breeding! If tames are left on breeding admins may redgun the breeders and offspring to reduce lag.

5.2 Dino names must be family-friendly. No racial slurs or workarounds on them. Admins will destroy inappropriately named tames.

5.3 Any dinos left at obelisks, public transmitters, player bases or randomly in the wild will be killed. #lost&found

5.4 The following dinos are limited to ONE (1) tame out at a tribe’s base unless actively breeding, preparing for a boss fight or event, or in an active trade:

Space Whale
Megachelon
Phoenix
Bronto/Titano
Stryder, 1 per map, 2 allowed on Genesis 2

5.5 Cryo pods are awesome. Use them. Keep unecessary tames cryoed. Admins may ask you to cryo some tames even if you are under tame limit to help with lag.

5.6 Our Admin Team reserves the right to block, kick, ban, or wipe any tribe or player found not following our cluster rules without warning or notice.
Although we do our best to notify and warn offenders.

DOXX/DDOS

6.1 Threatening to or pulling someone’s IP or location will result in an instant ban.

6.2 Threatening to DDOS/Stress the servers will also result in a player wipe and ban.

GETTING ARKED

We can not help you when getting Arked.

Ark glitches are (but aren’t limited to):
– logging in and discovering that your body is under the mesh and you can’t reach your bag.
– stuff disappearing out of upload
– losing stuff during map-to map transfer
– losing stuff when a map crashes or goes down for any reason.
Lost Character
We CAN assist you in replacing your lost character.

You need to:
– Keep a copy of your implant at all times, in base.
– Open a ticket and contact us with proof of what tribe your lost character is in.
– We will force you into that tribe and have you supply proof of your past levels/ascensions/bossfights. Without that proof, we will not give any XP, Asc, Bosses, Engrams, Etc.
